In article number 2000173, Vahid Hosseini, Viola Vogel, and co-workers present a pulsatile flow system to mimic disease-like extracellular matrix of vascular wall tissues and to gain insights into changes upon exposure to drugs taken to treat atherosclerosis or aneurysm. The cover image is an actual multistack of temporary color-coded photos of floating microparticles, which were used to estimate the trajectories and velocity profiles of the flow in the device.
